Professionally qualified Chartered Director since 2005, with an accredited Diploma in Company Direction, awarded a fellowship of the Institute of Directors. Formally trained in UK corporate Governance and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Experienced Senior Executive operating in many sectors in various roles, Operations Director, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman, working for very large corporate Plc. to SMEs. A Transformational leader with a proven ability of steering organisations to increased profitability and free cash generation through building integrated result orientated teams with clear business objectives/strategies and improved processes/ process reengineering gained through formal LeanSigma training. An excellent and effective communicator with experience of dealing with Banks, HMRC, Insolvency Practitioners and large external accountancy companies such as KPMG/PWC. Success has included the turnaround of a number of loss-making /underperforming business in different market sectors .
